You're a white label specialist, you know your way around PPCs and SEO, you know you're competing with tens or even hundreds of other white labels all fighting for the same customers, and you know that this competition is artificially inflating costs. So you rigidly stay beneath your PPC ceiling for acquisition (though this limits your growth), and when you hit the ceiling you open a new site, the next niche. Fact 3 - A free site pays less for it clicks. There is less competition for "free" keywords.
Fact 4 - A free site finds it easier to get SEO rankings. SEOMOZ (if you aren't already a member sign up) difficulty for “divorced dating” is 50%, making it an averagely difficult keyword to SEO for. The difficulty rating for “free divorced dating” is 39%, a much easier keyword to target.
Fact 5 - Free sites are robust, with less incentive to leave even after joining another site. 60% of Smooch members are members of other sites, but keep coming back to Smooch.
Fact 6 - Domain names are still available. At the time of writing you can buy keyword-rich names like these off the shelf for a few Dollars, Euros, or Pounds:
